Almond milk – 300ml or milk of your choice

Freeze dried strawberries – 20g or Freeze dried fruit powder of your choice

Banana – 1 x small or a scoop of chosen protein powder




  1. Measure out the milk and fruit
  2. Pour into a blender with the supervision of an adult
  3. Peel and chop the banana
  4. Throw into the blender
  5. Turn the blender on and blitz until required consistency
  6. Pour into a glass neatly
