1 Small round or log of goats cheese

Rocket leaves

Cherry tomatoes or small tomatoes on the vine

Balsamic Vinegar

Olive oil

Freeze Dried Caramelised onions



  1. Choose a plate / bowl
  2. Place tomatoes on a baking tray and drizzle with a little olive oil
  3. Place goats cheese on a baking tray or oven proof dish
  4. Pop goats cheese and tomatoes into a pre heated oven 170 degrees for approx. 20 minutes until tomatoes start to soften and goats cheese starts to melt
  5. Layer rocket leaves on your bowl
  6. Place goats cheese in the middle of your bowl
  7. Sprinkle with caramelised red onions
  8. Place your roasted tomatoes to one side of your bowl
  9. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar


Serving Suggestion – Just as it is or with a wedge of fresh crusty bread spread the goats cheese on and devour
