Kirstys Apple Granola
150g Rolled Oats 20g Honey 20g Freeze Dried Apple 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Mixture of nuts if desired - cashews, pecans, walnuts, almonds
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (fan 160 degreesC, gas mark 4) Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, then tip onto a large baking tray, spreading it out on the single layer. Bake for 25 minutes, pulling out the tray a couple of times and mixing everything around so that the granola toasts evenly. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. The granola will keep in a well sealed jar for at least 2 days.
With milk, yoghurt or have a handful as a snack
