To make the batter
1 tablespoon oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Chosen freeze dried fruits - we chose whole raspberry and blueberries
Mash the banana with a fork in the bowl
Crack open two whole eggs and add your cinnamon then stir together
Preheat a non stick pan
Using a large spoon pour in a spoon of the mixture into a pan, once the mixture looks to be solid around the edges use a spatular to turn them over.
Serving Suggestion – Once cooked, stack in a pile, drizzle over some honey or maple syrup and serve with your chosen fruits.
