What are Lio-Licious Products?

Lio-Licious fruits are real fruit pieces which have been gently freeze-dried to create a healthy product with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Lio-Licious cheese products have also been freeze dried to give you an easy to handle, low fuss, high flavour ingredient.

Why is Lio-Licious Freeze Dried?

Freeze drying retains the natural goodness of the product and offers great shelf stability without the need for additional preservatives, sugars or fats. Freeze drying is a very gentle process which removes virtually all the water from foods whilst retaining the structure, flavour and the nutrition of the fresh ingredient. Great ingredients with fantastic flavours.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes – however due to import regulations on dairy products we are not able to shop some Lio-Licious products to individuals who live outside the European Union.

Will my personal information be sold to mailing lists?

Information about our customers is an important party of our business. The only information we collect is what you submit to us and is used only by Lio-Licious for Marketing and research purposes. We are not in the business of selling the information we collect to others.

How will I know whether your products contain any allergens?

All of our products have the specific allergen breakdown information listed on their pages.

Do I have to rehydrate Lio-Licious products?

All of our Lio-Licious products can be eaten in their freeze dried state; you do not need to rehydrate them. If you are using the products as an ingredient in your recipe then they will rehydrate in your mixture.

Who makes Lio-Licious?

How quickly can I expect my order to be dispatched?

All orders placed via our website will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

What is the shelf life of Lio-Licious products?

Based on storage studies conducted over many years, our shelf life is at least 2 years from the date of manufacture if stored properly. For best results, we recommend the pouches be stored unopened in a cool dry area, Once opened, we advise that you store your Lio-Licious product in an air tight container within 2 weeks

Are Lio-Licious products nut free?

Yes. Our products are 100% peanut/nut free; the manufacturing plant is a peanut/nut free facility.
